Share a website across locations
Use one design across restaurants while keeping their menus and operations separate.

What is shared
Locations using the same website share its pages, colours, branding and asset library. Editing the shared design from one linked location affects the others.
Menus, delivery and pickup schedules, delivery zones and other operational settings remain location-specific. Check each location’s own menu and hours when reviewing a location finder or menu page.
Use an existing website
Open the website editor’s Settings and choose Use another website. The existing-website picker lets you choose the location whose website you want to use.
Confirming the choice links to that actual website. Your location adopts its design and future shared edits; it is not an independent copy.
Use a separate website
Choosing a separate website keeps a snapshot of the design with independent future edits and an unpublished address.
Review its domain and publication settings before expecting the separate site to be available to customers.
Review all linked locations
Settings lists the locations using the website. Check that list before changing shared branding or pages.
For location-specific content, make sure names, addresses, opening hours and menu links refer to the intended restaurant.
Linking adopts the existing website
Settings lists every location using the website, including the current location. Use another website opens the Use an existing website picker. Selecting and confirming a location links its actual website; it does not copy just a few appearance preferences.
Pages, branding, global colors, logos, banners and assets adopt the destination website. Future edits from any linked location affect the same design. Menus, fulfillment schedules, delivery zones and other restaurant operations remain location-specific.
The picker is offered once per browser/location when another location is available and the current website is not already shared. Reopen it from Settings at any time.
Making a separate website
Choosing a separate website retains a snapshot of the current design, with independent future edits and an unpublished address. Separating the design does not publish the new site automatically.
Shared content in menu and location pages
A shared design should show the correct location's public menu, prices and hours. Access to other organization locations does not itself link them to the website. Shared design does not imply a shared delivery zone, opening schedule or menu price.
