Set up online ordering
Choose what customers can order and when delivery or pickup is available.

Select your online menus
Choose the menus you want to offer for the selected location. Keep their order intentional, and make sure the menus are active and available to that location.
Menu selection is separate from website design. Publishing a page does not, by itself, select the right menus or enable ordering.
Enable delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup have their own enabled settings and schedules. Configure a schedule for each method you offer.
Restaurant reporting hours, menu serving times, delivery hours and pickup hours can differ. Check the schedule that controls the part of the experience you want to change.
Check individual items
An item can be active but unavailable for a particular order type. Review its status and delivery/pickup availability, along with any relevant menu schedule.
If a product is missing from the storefront, check menu selection, placement, availability and schedule before creating another copy.
Closing and automatic acceptance
Manual closure closes online ordering without requiring you to remove the menus. Check this setting if ordering is unexpectedly unavailable.
Automatic acceptance is configured independently for delivery and pickup. Changes to ordering schedules, fees, closure and acceptance settings affect live ordering when saved; they are not website-design drafts.
Why an item may not appear
Check the location's catalogue/menu selection, publication, the item's status, its menu/category placement, visibility schedules and timezone, and its delivery/pickup availability. “Not configured,” “not published,” “outside schedule” and “out of stock” are different problems. Reactivating an item or removing schedules is not a universal fix.
An item existing in menu management does not prove it is visible on the published storefront. An active item can still be unavailable for one order type or outside its serving schedule.
Live ordering settings and design drafts
Delivery and pickup can be enabled independently. Manual store closure overrides regular ordering availability. Telephone visibility controls whether the public phone number is shown. Order-method schedules and restaurant reporting hours remain separate.
Ordering availability, fees, card requirements and automatic acceptance affect live ordering when saved. They are not unpublished website design edits. Changing these settings does not publish a design, connect a domain, change existing orders, process payments or book delivery fulfillment.
Selected menus
Online ordering uses active menus available to the location, in the intended display order. You can select between 1 and 100 menus. Selecting a menu is distinct from changing the shared catalogue behind it. Selecting menus for one location does not require editing their shared contents.
Automatic acceptance and card requirements
Delivery and pickup have separate automatic-acceptance settings for future orders. The delivery card threshold is independent of campaign eligibility. By default, positive delivery totals require a card. If you enable a threshold, enter zero or a positive amount and check which orders will require card payment.
