Set service times, party limits and availability for the kinds of bookings you offer.

Choose an experience type
Full-availability experiences use a duration and turnaround buffers to calculate availability. Request-based and preloaded experiences use different availability behavior and have no turnaround buffers.
Preloaded experiences offer specific dated time slots. Give each slot its intended date and time, without duplicates.
Set hours, rooms and party limits
Choose the service window, allowed party sizes and rooms. Service windows can cross midnight; all booking times use the location’s timezone.
An experience without a restricted room selection can use all rooms at that location. Review the selection when you want to offer only a particular dining area.
Changes with existing bookings
Before shortening hours, removing rooms or narrowing party limits, review existing active bookings. Resolve affected bookings before making a change that would leave them outside the experience’s settings.
Disabling an experience prevents future availability but does not cancel its existing bookings.
Availability types and time slots
Full-availability experiences use a duration and turnaround buffers. Request-based and preloaded experiences use zero buffers. Preloaded experiences need unique dated slots with hour and minute; other experience types do not use a preloaded slot list.
Service windows can cross midnight. Use the location's timezone and consider affected bookings on adjacent dates. An experience with no specific room restriction applies to all rooms at the location.
Protect existing bookings
Do not shorten hours, remove rooms or narrow party-size limits so that active bookings no longer fit. Resolve affected bookings explicitly before changing those constraints. Disabling an experience for future bookings does not cancel its existing bookings.
An experience with reservation history is protected from deletion; deactivation is a separate option. Set up its rooms and tables separately, and assign bookings to suitable tables.
Setup completion
Add an experience is complete when an experience is saved for the selected location. The next reservation setup step is Add Rooms & Tables, which needs at least one saved room and one saved table at that same location.
