Understand payment-management permissions and how they differ from payout access.

Payment-account access
Direct organization owners and administrators can manage their merchant payment account. Authorized owners and administrators of the organization's reseller or Air POS account can also help manage it. Member and viewer roles and unrelated resellers do not have this access.
Manage payments on a merchant profile opens its Payments page. Available actions include setup, business and bank details, representatives, verification, payment reporting, refunds and dispute management. Billing cards and billing management follow the relevant account permissions too.
Balances and payouts
Delegated payment management does not automatically grant payout access. A delegated manager may see View balances while withdrawal controls remain hidden.
Payout actions require the appropriate direct merchant owner/admin membership or an eligible active operational role at that restaurant. Access to Air POS payment management does not provide a Stripe Dashboard session.
Gordon usage while helping a merchant
When you work in a merchant’s workspace, Gordon usage is charged to that merchant’s organization. Check the account shown in the billing panel when switching between merchant and partner workspaces.
