Open the restaurant floor

Choose Restaurant in the bottom navigation. Select a room to work with its tables, or use Quick tabs for tabs outside the table layout.

Restaurant focuses on live service. Use Reservations to review bookings by date. Restaurant and Reservations appear when reservations are enabled for the location.

Open a table

Tap a table to see its current service and tickets. Check the table name and room before opening or adding to a tab. Open the tab in Order taking to add items and complete their choices.

Seat a walk-in

Select an available table and choose New walk in. Check the party size against the actual seats and any upcoming reservation.

When a table is available only until its next booking, the screen can offer Create short seating. Review the available time before seating the party. If the table is no longer available, choose another suitable table.

Move or join tables

Use Move tab when a party needs another table, then select the destination. Review the destination and any existing service before confirming.

The table controls also let you join or separate tables. Check the resulting table name and tickets afterward so your team knows where the party is being served.

Edit the layout

Use Edit layout to arrange the room. Add tables, adjust their labels and seats, and move, resize or rotate them to match the physical room. Select Save layout to save your changes and return to service.

Creating a room and deleting a saved room have their own save or confirmation steps. Check reservations and active service before changing a room that is in use. See Rooms, tables and seating for capacity and booking conflicts.
