Open Transactions
Choose Transactions in the bottom navigation. Use Date, Status and Payment method to narrow the list. Clear filters restores the broader view, and Refresh retrieves current results.
Use View to choose which table columns are shown. Check the location and test/live context when looking for a missing payment.
Open a payment
Select a transaction to review its payment method, status, amount, refunded amount and net amount. The details can also include its reference, time, customer and linked order.
Open the order to review the items, choices, notes, fulfillment details and payments. An order can have more than one payment, so the order total and a single transaction amount can differ.
An abandoned or declined card attempt is not a successful transaction. A submitted cash order can still have cash due. See Orders and transactions for the distinction.
Review a refund
Use the available refund controls on the correct payment. Check the amount already refunded and the remaining refundable amount before confirming.
A refund request is not the same as a completed refund. Review its resulting status before retrying. Refunds can be restricted by your access or the payment's current state. See Payments and refunds.
Reprint a receipt
Use Print receipt to choose a customer copy or ticket. Transaction reprints use the printers currently assigned to that role and create a labelled copy.
Reprinting does not take another payment. If several printers are assigned, check which copies succeeded before sending more. See Receipts, tickets and print jobs.
Reports
Open Reports for the available reporting views. Check the dates and what each amount measures before comparing it with the transaction list. Payments, refunds, fees and payouts describe different movements of money.
