Delivery zones
Define where you deliver and set the fee and minimum order for each area.

Choose the delivery area
A zone can use a radius around the restaurant’s saved coordinates or a drawn polygon boundary. Confirm the restaurant location before setting a radius.
For a polygon, draw the actual service boundary. An area name alone does not define its streets or edges, and an unfinished boundary is not usable coverage.
Set zone conditions
Each zone can have its own delivery fee, minimum order, estimated delivery time and free-delivery threshold. A zone without a free-delivery threshold does not have that zone-specific offer.
Review those conditions together. A delivery fee and the minimum basket needed to place an order are separate settings.
How zones interact with pricing
Zone pricing uses fixed fees inside your configured areas. Combined zone and route pricing uses zones inside their boundaries and route pricing outside them.
With route-only pricing, zones are not the active fee calculation. They can still matter for an offer that is restricted to addresses inside an active zone.
Update an existing zone
When changing a fee or minimum, keep the existing geographic boundary unless you also intend to change coverage.
These settings affect live ordering when saved. Review the area, fee and eligibility before confirming the change.
Zone shapes and limits
A location can have up to 25 delivery zones. A radius zone is centered on the restaurant's saved coordinates and can use a radius from 100 metres to 100 kilometres. A polygon uses 3–200 boundary points. An unfinished polygon is not a defined coverage area. For a named area, draw the streets and boundaries you actually serve.
Each zone has its own delivery fee, minimum order and optional free-delivery threshold. No threshold means no zone-specific free-delivery offer. Estimated delivery time can be 1–240 minutes. Editing a price should preserve the existing geographic boundary.
Zones and journey pricing
Fixed-zone mode uses zone fees. Journey-only mode uses route pricing, with saved zones retained but not active as the pricing method. The Zones page then shows “Delivery zones disabled.” Re-enable delivery zones restores fixed-zone pricing within the zones and retains journey pricing outside them.
A campaign's “Only within delivery zones” condition is geographic and separate from pricing mode. A journey priced by distance can still satisfy that condition if its address is inside an active zone. Pickup and deliveries outside zones do not satisfy it.
Free-delivery thresholds
A positive per-zone threshold enables that zone's free-delivery offer directly. Cart progress uses the selected delivery address's threshold. Before an address is selected, the cart can show the lowest eligible zone threshold with an address-confirmation qualifier.
Being inside a zone does not waive minimum spend, dates, customer segment, eligible products, promotion-code requirements or stacking rules. The final delivery quote confirms eligibility and charges.
