Reporting, delivery and pickup hours
Set reporting periods and KDS shifts separately from delivery and pickup hours.

Choose the right schedule
Reporting hours define the periods used for reports and KDS shifts. Set them under Settings → General → Reporting hours. Delivery and pickup hours are separate ordering schedules; menu serving times are separate too.
Changing reporting hours does not automatically update delivery or pickup hours. Specify which schedule you want to change.
Set your hours
Use the location’s local time. Overnight service can cross midnight, so a closing time earlier than the opening time can be intentional.
You can ask Gordon to update a schedule: ‘Set delivery hours to Friday and Saturday, 17:00–01:00.’ Mention any days you want closed as part of the request.
KDS shifts
In Air KDS, enable Clear tickets after each shift under Settings → General to show only the current reporting-hours shift’s tickets. Overnight shifts follow the location’s timezone. Orders remain saved.
Review the saved schedule
Check the saved days and hours, especially when only part of the week changed. Days outside your request should retain their existing settings.
Changing the clock’s display format changes how times are presented, not the underlying service schedule.
When ordering is unavailable
Check the enabled setting for the order method, its schedule and any manual closure. Then check the chosen menu and item availability.
Keep the restaurant timezone correct so schedules and date-based reporting use the intended local time.
Three schedules and menu visibility
Restaurant reporting hours, delivery hours and pickup hours are separate. Menu, category and subcategory visibility schedules are separate again. Item status, active menu placement and availability for each order type also affect what customers can order.
All schedules use the location's timezone. Changing the displayed time format changes presentation, not the actual times. Enabling delivery or pickup requires at least one schedule entry for that method.
Overnight and all-day examples
Monday 18:00–03:00 is one Monday business-day period, even though closing is Tuesday morning. Enter it as one overnight period. For full-day reporting periods, use Monday–Sunday, 00:00–00:00.
Enter an explicit schedule rather than leaving reporting hours empty. Menu visibility schedules use different rules and do not accept equal start and end times; configure those separately from reporting hours.
Changing hours through chat
“Mon–Fri 13:00–22:00” means those five local days with those start and end times. If you are setting delivery hours, it should update delivery hours without copying them to pickup or reporting hours. Check that Saturday, Sunday and other settings stay unchanged unless you also want to update them. Changing a schedule does not itself request enabling or disabling an order method.
Check Gordon’s confirmation for the saved hours. Opening the schedule page alone does not save a change.
Close store overrides regular hours
Use Close store / override regular business hours to pause online ordering. The closure stays in place until you explicitly reopen. It does not change the saved regular hours, and there is no separate temporary-versus-indefinite mechanism.
