Check your billing and usage
Open Gordon's billing and usage information to see your account's pricing and recorded charges. Current usage is token-based; older purchases may use message credits. See Earlier Gordon plans and credits for those historical terms.
Use the rates shown in your account. A token count and a message count measure different things, so they cannot be compared directly.
What usage includes
A request can involve several stages of work. Recorded usage can include input, cached input, output and reasoning. Longer imports and website work can therefore use more than a short reply.
Charges use the rates recorded for that request and are not repriced afterward. A stopped or failed task may still have usage from work already performed. Unknown usage can remain under review rather than being shown as zero.
For GBP and EUR billing, the charge records the applicable conversion from USD. USD needs no conversion. Small fractional charges can accumulate before a whole penny or cent is collected.
Which account is charged
Work in a restaurant workspace is charged to that restaurant's organization, including when an authorized partner or administrator is helping there. Work in a partner workspace belongs to the partner. Check the account shown before starting work, particularly when managing several restaurants.
Historical usage keeps the account it was originally charged to.
Organization collection
Organization usage charges are collected from future customer sales. They do not increase the amount the customer pays. If there are no later sales, charges can remain outstanding.
The billing view distinguishes outstanding, reserved and collected amounts. Reserved collection is not completed collection. Fractional balances carry forward until they can be collected in whole currency units.
A customer refund does not automatically cancel Gordon usage already incurred. Review the usage and collection records if a refund affects the balance.
Partner collection
Partner usage is collected from future unpaid reseller commission. Previously transferred commission is not used for a new deduction. A charge can fully offset an available commission, leaving no transfer for that commission.
The account records any conversion and collection details. Collection adjustments can return an amount to the outstanding balance.
Investigate a charge
Financial administrators can use Account to review charges, token counts, exchange rates, outstanding or reserved balances and collection records. Partners can use Billing → Account for their records.
Find the conversation or task, date and usage entry. Check the amount and status before assuming a missing reply means no charge. Contact support with the relevant reference if the record does not match your expectation; there is no need to share private conversation content publicly.
Test and development usage is not collected from production sales. Older usage is not billed again merely because the billing system changes.
